Greece is now home to one of only two overwater bungalows in Europe, the other being at the Palafitte Resort, on Lake Neuchâtel, Switzerland.

It’s a lot warmer in Greece obviously so there’s no doubt which is the better choice for a classic overwater bungalow vacation experience!

They are located at the wonderful, adults only resort of Stella Island in Crete which is a fabulous resort in its own right and their overwater bungalows, very especially the larger ones with the jacuzzi on the terrace, are beautifully done.
